What We Believe

We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God. Everything written in it is true, and it is our guide in life to walk in obedience and live out the freedom God intended for us.

Salvation is a free gift from God available to everyone.  

We believe in the Trinity - God the Father, Jesus the Son, and Holy Spirit - and that all three are active still today.

God is the Creator of all things both in heaven and on earth. He created man in His image, and desires to have a relationship with us.

Jesus came to earth and lived a sinless life, died for our sins and rose from the dead after three days. Jesus

Christ promises his return to the earth – the second coming - and only those who have a relationship with Him will be taken to Heaven.  

That the gifts of the Spirit referenced in 1 Corinthians are available to us, and that every believer should desire them.

Holy Spirit convicts people of their sin, and empowers us and guides us to live in accordance to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

We believe in the five-fold ministry gifts Christ gave to the church as referenced in Ephesians 4; apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. We believe Christ is continuing to birth these ministries in His people today for the equipping of the church, the work of ministry, and for the edification of the body.
